This is a lovely modern apartment, in the highly sought after residential area of Vinyet, just one line back from the beach. The main town is just a 5 minute walk down the seafront.
The accommodation consists of a spacious sitting room/ dining room area with a sofabed, flat screen TV, dining table, with direct access onto a south facing terrace with a table and chairs for al fresco dining.
There are 2 bedrooms one double with ensuite bathroom with a walk in shower and direct access onto the balcony. The other bedroom is a twin room with 2 single beds and a bathroom directly next to it.
The kitchen has everything you need for a self catering holiday with a small breakfast area. There is also a utility room with a washing machine and clothes drying area.
Downstairs there is a communal swimming pool in a very well-kept garden.
The apartment has Wifi internet and air conditioning in the lounge area only. There are fans in the bedrooms.
3rd floor, no lift.
We are also pleased to be able to offer a parking space at this property (highly prized in Sitges especially in the summer).

Think Sitges provide beach towels for all our guests so no need to pack them, more suitcase space for your holiday clothes!

Normal check in time is between 14-19h and check out is 11h however we are extremely flexible and accommodating for early check ins and late check outs where possible. Please contact us and we will do our best! If you are going to arrive on a late flight please contact us before booking so we can confirm with us in writing the booking in advance.

OUT OF HOURS CHECK INS: Check ins after 19h - 21h are charged 20€, after 21h - 24.00h 40€ - CHECK IN CAN NOT BE MADE AFTER MIDNIGHT

Late check out after 11h is charged at 50€ Please enquire.
