The apartment has a sitting room, with air conditioning, a new TV and a dining table for 4. There are doors leading out onto a small balcony with a table and chairs (street view). The master bedroom has a double bed and there is a further single bedroom (both with new beds). The bedrooms both have fans and radiators for winter stays. There is also a newly renovated bathroom with walk in shower. The kitchen is also new and fully renovated & equipped for self-catering. There is fibre optic Wifi
and a washing machine.
This apartment is a great choice for those who want to live amongst the locals but also be near the centre and beach. It offers good value for a couple or small family.
The apartment is on the first floor, no lift.

(The apartment is one street away from the train line so you can very occasionally when they pass by)

Normal check in time is between 14-19h and check out is 11h (morning) however we are extremely flexible and accommodating for early check ins and late check outs where possible. Please contact us and we will do our best! If you are going to arrive on a late flight please contact us before booking so we can confirm the booking in advance.

OUT OF HOURS CHECK INS: Check ins after 19h - 21h are charged 20€ - CHECK IN CAN NOT BE MADE AFTER 22h
